Ethics ands Rules Form<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The Ethics Approval and Rules Form MUST be completed BEFORE the start of the experiment. In accordance with Article 2.4 of the rules, if a participant<\/strong> wishes to present the same topic in a second year, choosing to explore it in greater depth or present a follow-up, they must complete this form<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Here is the information you MUST<\/strong> provide:
 
o   The name and contact information of your scientific supervisor;
o   The name, contact information and contribution of your scientific supervisor\u2019s recognized institution;
o   Your research protocol;
o   Your project\u2019s risk assessment;
o   ALL<\/strong> blank data collection tools (blank survey, observation checklists, etc.).<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
