The objective is to help spread awareness about the carbon footprint of streaming video not just on a global scale but on an individual level. Participants initially provided their baseline streaming video data. Participants in the intervention pathway viewed an education video, were provided with feedback on their annual digital carbon footprint and were encouraged to put automatic limits on their streaming data with the goal to reduce their digital carbon footprint and associated environmental impact.
